The swimming pool at the Herods Vitalis Hotel in Eilat is exclusively for the use of hotel guests. Located on an elevated balcony overlooking the Red Sea, the pool is divided into two sections (indoor and outdoor), which are connected by a waterway. Pool temperatures are pleasant all year long, and the pool is surrounded by sun loungers, daybeds, shading canopies, and swinging hammocks. During the day, water aerobics is held in the pool (Monday, Wednesday and Friday on 12:00 am). For the convenience of guests, personal lockers are provided on the premises.

Open between 8am - 8pm. The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, which is operated by whisper-quiet air pressure. Guests enjoy a spectacular window view of the Red Sea. The gym employs a team of skilled, professional trainers that provide courteous, personalized service for each guest. During workouts, guests can choose their preferred soundtrack: world music, up-tempo music, quiet music, and more. For an additional fee, guests of the Herods Vitalis Hotel in Eilat can participate in private training lessons either in the hotel or on the beach.
